Applicators in Two Forms: Machines & Modules
In HiPaks terminology, a label applicator comes in two forms. First, standalone applicator machines — the MT desktop semi-automatic series and the T9xx automatic series — covering round, flat and side-label applications. Second, integrator-grade applicator heads: the T95x module family, such as the T951 inline flat labeling applicator, which mounts onto your own conveyor and applies labels at your line speed. See the full range in the product catalog.
Module Specs Matched to Your Line
Applicator module specs — label width, application speed, line-speed range — are matched to each integration project, so we confirm exact figures against your label and line data instead of printing generic numbers. Standalone machines reach ±0.2mm accuracy on high-precision models (industry norm is ±0.5–1mm), with SICK and Panasonic sensors and drives on critical axes.
Delivery
Semi-automatic desktop: 7–10 days. Applicator modules and automatic machines: lead time confirmed at the quote stage.
Payment
30% deposit on order. 70% balance paid before shipment, after your labeling test video is approved.
Incoterms
FOB Shenzhen by default. CIF / DDP / door-to-door available on request.
Custom Applicators for Integrators & End Users
Most applicator projects need adaptation, not a catalog part. Our team — led by a founder with 15 years in labeling machines — handles the mechanical and electrical customization, and supports remote model selection for integrators.
- Mounting brackets matched to your station space and conveyor height
- I/O trigger logic adapted to your PLC and sensor layout
- Label peeling and pressing mechanisms tuned to your label material
- Custom labeling heads for odd-shaped products and multi-label stations

Certifications & Component Backing
Big brands sell you a brand name; we back our applicators with verifiable standards and component-level quality. All HiPaks applicators are built to CE standards, with additional certificates in progress. Sensors and drives come from SICK and Panasonic.
Modules Assembled, Integrated and Tested In-House
Applicator modules are assembled and test-run in our own facility, including integration tests that simulate mounting on a customer conveyor. See delivery cases →
