T808 · Fold-Over Labeling
The dedicated flag-label machine: fold-over labels for tubes, wires and pens, readable text on both faces.
From benchtop units for harness shops to inline flag applicators for cable plants.
Each method answers a different question: where the label is read, how it is pulled, what it must survive.
Folded over the cable like a tiny sandwich: text on both faces, readable from any angle; applied on the T808.
Wraps the circumference and seals to itself: durable against pulling and abrasion; the benchtop T801 platform handles small-diameter work.
A heat-shrink tube shrinks to the cable: the most rugged option; see the shrink sleeve labeling machine page.
Four platforms cover the wire, cable and tube labeling spectrum, from one bench to a printed-and-applied inline flag system.
The dedicated flag-label machine: fold-over labels for tubes, wires and pens, readable text on both faces.
Wrap-around ID on round stock and cable ends from φ10mm up, ±0.5mm on the benchtop platform.
Flat-surface labeling head for harness boards, junction boxes and control panels on your line: 40–120 pcs/min at ±1mm.
Serial numbers, lot codes and barcodes printed and applied in one pass: every label different, no pre-printed stock.

Fold-over flags on harness branches and panel wiring: every branch identified without rotating the cable. The T808 benchtop lives next to the cutting table.
Wrap-around IDs and printed serials on production lengths; the industrial side of this duty overlaps with our chemical & industrial program for pipes and round stock.
Sample tubes and vials: fold-over or wrap IDs that survive freezers and racks. Lab-scale tube work ties into the pharmaceutical & lab program on the T923 horizontal platform.
The same T808 fold-over motion that labels a wire labels a pen or a lip balm. Small-cylinder work is a quiet specialty of this platform.
The fold-over label is printed with the text mirrored in the top half of the artwork, then applied in four steps:
Material matters: wire labels get pulled, flexed and warmed. We recommend cable-grade polyester or vinyl stock with a permanent aggressive adhesive, and we test your cable with your label stock in the FAT video: abrasion and peel-back are the two failures that show up.
Mirrored artwork in, folded flag out: text on both sides of the cable.
A meter of cable and a label spec is enough. We film fold quality and peel-back as your FAT evidence: FAT & quality.
The T808’s detailed wire-diameter specification is being finalized with the factory [TBC]. What we can say now: the platform is built for small-cylinder duty (tubes, wires and pens), and the fastest way to a definitive answer is to send a cable sample for the test video.
The two formats live on two platforms: the T808 for fold-over flags and the T801 benchtop for wrap-around IDs (φ10–150mm). Harness shops commonly run both (flags at the assembly bench, wraps for permanent IDs), and we configure the pair around your workflow.
Yes, that is print & apply territory: the FT-600 prints the serial, lot or barcode and applies it in one pass, so every label can be different without pre-printed stock. See the print & apply machine page for the data-source and trigger logic.
Yes, the T808 is a benchtop semi-automatic built exactly for harness and panel work: an operator seats the wire, the machine folds and presses the flag. The T801 covers wrap-around duty on the same bench. Both ship in 7–10 days on standard configurations.
Please do. A meter of cable and your label spec (or let us recommend the stock) is all it takes. You receive a test video within 48 hours of our evaluation, including fold quality and material behavior: send your sample.
