These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Suzhou Oluosheng Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (“HiPaks,” “we,” “us”) and any person or entity (“Buyer,” “you”) that uses hipaks.com, submits an inquiry, or places an order for labeling machines or related equipment and services.
By submitting an inquiry through our contact form, signing a quotation, or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Inquiries submitted through this site are non-binding. HiPaks aims to respond within 12 hours on business days. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless marked otherwise. Prices are in USD, FOB Shenzhen, exclusive of duties, freight, and destination-market taxes.
Test videos and photos shared by HiPaks remain our copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lead times begin on the later of: deposit receipt, final specification confirmation, or receipt of Buyer’s sample containers and labels where a pre-sale test is required.
Standard orders: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment — after you approve the pre-shipment test video. Orders are paid by bank transfer (T/T) in USD. All transactions carry the invoice currency; Buyer absorbs bank and FX fees on their side.
Default terms are FOB Shenzhen with export packing; CIF, DDP and door-to-door arrangements are available on request. Risk of loss and title pass to Buyer when goods are handed to the nominated forwarder. Buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance, product registration, and import duties. HiPaks provides commercial invoice, packing list, and available certificate copies with every shipment.
Every machine is assembled and tested in-house before shipment, with accuracy and speed verified against the quoted specification — semi-automatic models at ±0.5 mm (high-precision models to ±0.2 mm) and automatic lines at ±1 mm. Core components are international-brand parts, including SICK sensors and Panasonic PLC. Buyer may appoint a third-party inspector at Buyer’s cost, provided notice is given at least 5 business days before shipment.
HiPaks retains all rights in its machine designs, drawings and documentation. Where Buyer supplies its own container designs, label artwork or branding, HiPaks will sign an NDA before any design discussion and will not reuse Buyer’s artwork, samples or specifications for any third party. Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that its branding does not infringe third-party rights in its target markets.
Every machine carries a 1-year full warranty and lifetime engineering support, with remote diagnostics over WhatsApp and spare parts shipped from stock. HiPaks warrants that delivered machines will materially conform to the quoted specification validated in the pre-shipment test. Liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected equipment. HiPaks is not liable for consequential, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Buyer must notify HiPaks of any quality claim within 30 days of arrival, with photographs, video and serial numbers, for evaluation.
Either party may terminate an open quotation with written notice. Orders already in production may only be cancelled with mutual written agreement and reasonable compensation for work-in-progress, custom fixtures, and components already purchased.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before referring any dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The language of arbitration is English unless both parties agree otherwise.
