Six machine families. Every container, speed and budget.

Wrap-around, positioned and horizontal labelers: ±1mm at 40–300 pcs/min, conveyor-ready.

One operator, 15–30 pcs/min. ±0.5mm standard, ±0.2mm on the T807.

Labeling heads that bolt onto the conveyor you already run.

Prints dates, barcodes and variable data. Applies in one motion.

Both faces of flat and square bottles, one pass, 60–120 pcs/min.

OPP rotary lines at 12,000–15,000 BPH, cut your label cost per bottle.
Sixteen container types, matched to our machines. Then watch a real test run.
Bottle labeling test at full line speed on the T921 platform.
Double-sided pass, one machine, ±1mm on both faces.
Jar labeling with positioning fixtures for lids and bodies.
Vial labeling of φ10–30mm containers at up to 300 pcs/min.
A custom jig keeps the label true where standard machines slip.
T933 double-head labeling on box seals and pouch tops.
Sensors, jigs and speed, configured around your container and compliance.
Serialization-ready vial lines: φ10–30mm at up to 300 pcs/min.
Net-content compliance; machines that hold up to washdown.
Front-and-back at craft speed; OPP hot melt when volume justifies it.
Bubble-free on curved, flat and tapered bottles.
Waybills at line rate: no stopped belts, no rework.

Six reasons buyers switch, and stay. Meet the factory.
SICK and Datasensor sensors, Panasonic PLC, Mingwei power and LeadShine stepper systems, written into every spec sheet, purchasable anywhere in the world.
Semi-automatic machines ship 7–10 days after payment confirmation, against the 16–52 weeks typical from European and American brands.
Flat, square, tapered, curved: we machine custom jigs in-house and archive the drawings, so repeat orders skip the tooling cost.
30% deposit, 70% before delivery. Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted, and third-party inspection (SGS / QIMA) is welcome before shipment.
English manuals, operation videos and remote sessions, plus a 1-year machine warranty and lifetime technical support on every model.
Your machine is run at full speed on your bottles before crating. The test video ships with the order: proof, not a brochure claim.
The complete selection framework: container, label, speed, budget, in one guide.
Work out when a labeling machine pays for itself, in months, not years.
Factory-direct price bands for every machine type, published, not hidden.
Most projects fall into three bands: semi-automatic labelers from $600 to $4,500, fully automatic machines from $6,000 to $15,000, and rotary hot melt lines from $25,000. Double-sided automatic models sit near $9,000. HiPaks publishes factory-direct ranges: the exact price is confirmed after we review your bottle, label and target speed.
A semi-automatic labeler runs at 15–30 pcs/min: an operator places each bottle, accuracy is ±0.5mm (±0.2mm on the T807), and prices run $600–$4,500. An automatic machine feeds from your conveyor at 40–300 pcs/min with ±1mm accuracy, from $6,000. Semi-automatic is the low-risk first step; automatic removes the labor bottleneck.
Yes. Our T951 / T952 / T953 labeling heads bolt onto an existing conveyor. We adjust height, angle and travel direction to your line. For full machines, we match your infeed and outfeed heights. Send conveyor height, bottle travel direction and target rate, and we configure around them. See the retrofit guide.
Rated accuracy is ±0.2mm on the T807 benchtop unit, ±0.5mm across the semi-automatic range and ±1mm on automatic machines at full line speed. Before shipment we run your bottles at your target speed and record the readout. The FAT video is your proof, not a brochure claim.
Every machine includes a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support. You get English manuals, operation videos, remote assistance and a spare-parts kit in the crate. Core components (SICK, Panasonic, Mingwei, LeadShine) are international brands, so spares are also purchasable locally (see the parts diagram).
Yes, it is our standard workflow. Ship your bottles and labels; we run them at your target speed and send the test video with an accuracy readout within 48 hours of arrival. You approve the result before the quote is finalized on that exact configuration (how it works).
