What It Labels

Round, Flat, Wrap-Around, Double Side — One MT Model per Job

Place the container, press the pedal, get a straight, bubble-free label. The MT series covers round bottles, flat and square containers and tapered shapes (model-dependent), grouped into three tiers below.

Entry Series · MT-50 to MT-190e

Desktop Round Bottle & Front/Back Labelers

  • MT-50 / MT-60 / MT-130 — desktop round bottle and flat surface labelers for small batches and workbench use
  • MT-190 — round bottle front & back labeling, pneumatic drive
  • MT-190e — same front & back function, fully electric: runs without compressed air, ideal for labs

The entry point of the MT range — the lowest investment per machine, and the fastest way to move from hand-labeling to consistent output.

Precision & Specialty · MT-801L to MT-808

High Precision, Wrap-Around & Specialty Labelers

  • MT-801L — floor-standing high precision round bottle labeler, ±0.2mm class
  • MT-803 — front & back roller flat labeler · MT-805 — full wrap-around
  • MT-807 — high precision flat labeler, ±0.2mm class · MT-808 — fold-over labeling

When your product needs more than a basic front label: full wrap-around coverage, high-precision flat application or fold-over sealing — still operator-loaded, still at semi-automatic investment level.

MT-860 · Double Side

MT-860 Semi-Automatic Double Side Labeling Machine

  • Two labels, one placement — front + back applied in one loading step, no re-handling
  • Containers — flat bottles, square bottles and oval containers with front + back label pairs
  • Typical products — household chemicals, cosmetics and food bottles

Need the same job done inline? The automatic T962 double side machine takes over at production volume.

Main Evidence · Wrap-Around

MT-805 Full Wrap-Around on Round Containers

Operator loads the container; the MT-805 wraps the label around the full circumference and presses it down. Speed shown is this configuration — your container will be tested separately.

Ask for your own test video. These clips show what the machines do on our floor. The evidence that matters for your purchase is footage of your container and your label roll — we record that trial-labeling test before you pay the balance.

Applications

Where Semi-Automatic Labeling Machines Earn Their Keep

Six situations where an operator-loaded table top labeler beats an oversized line — and where our MT machines run today.

01

Startup Factories

First labeling machine with the lowest entry investment — start labeling immediately and upgrade to an automatic line when volume grows.

02

Laboratories & R&D

Pilot batches and sample labeling on a workbench. MT-190e runs without compressed air, so no airline infrastructure is needed.

03

Small-Batch Food & Beverage

Craft drinks, sauces and jars produced in short runs where changeover speed matters more than line speed.

04

Cosmetics & Personal Care

Bottles, jars and flat packs in frequent SKUs — semi-automatic changeover keeps multi-SKU schedules moving.

05

Pharma Pilot Lines

Trial production and clinical-scale batches where every labeled unit is checked and documented.

06

Private Label & E-commerce

Many SKUs, small quantities each — the typical private-label pattern where a table top applicator beats an oversized line.

Configure the Station

From One Machine to a Working Labeling Station

A semi-automatic labeler is not a line — it is a station. Here is how buyers set it up, verify it, and grow out of it when volume demands an inline system.

  1. Workbench, operator, foot pedal.

The MT series is operator-loaded: place the container, press the pedal, remove the labeled unit. Choose MT-190e if there is no compressed air on site — it runs fully electric.

  2. Trial-labeling test on your container — before you pay.

Send containers and label rolls to our factory. We run them on the exact machine you plan to buy and send the video plus a labeled sample for approval.

  3. Ship in 7–10 days, working on day one.

Standard configurations leave the factory within 7–10 days of order confirmation, already dialed in for your container and label size.

  4. Grow into the automatic T9 range when volume rises.

Above roughly 3,000 units per day, an inline system takes over: T962 for double side, T921 for round bottles. Same factory, same component standards, same test protocol.

Buyer Questions

The Questions Buyers Actually Ask

The five things that decide whether a semi-automatic labeling machine project goes ahead. Each answer starts with the answer.

How fast can you ship a semi-automatic labeling machine?
Semi-automatic models are our fastest category: standard configurations ship in 7-10 days from order confirmation. If you need custom fixtures or special label sizes, we confirm the exact lead time with your quote.
Do I need an air compressor to run these machines?
Not always. The MT-190e is fully electric and runs without compressed air, which makes it ideal for labs and clean workbenches. The MT-190 uses pneumatic drive; for other models we confirm air requirements during the trial-labeling test.
What labeling accuracy can I expect from the MT series?
The portfolio covers ±0.2mm to ±1mm depending on the model. High-precision machines (MT-801L and MT-807) are built for the ±0.2mm class. Before shipment we run a trial-labeling test on your container and label so you can verify the real accuracy.
Can you test my containers and labels before I place the order?
Yes. Send your containers and label rolls to our own factory. We run a trial-labeling test on the machine you plan to buy, record it on video, and send you the video plus a labeled sample for approval.
When should I move from a semi-automatic to an automatic machine?
Semi-automatic machines fit small batches, labs and startup factories where an operator loads each container. For production lines above 3,000 units per day, an automatic inline system (T9 series) is the usual choice.
