Applications

Built for High-Speed Beverage Lines.

Hot melt rotary labeling is the standard format where large volumes of bottles need wrap-around film labels at low per-unit cost. HiPaks rotaries are delivered to plants in 50+ countries — 500+ factories served.

Configuration

12 or 16 Stations: Configured to Your Bottle.

One rotary platform, two station counts, the same hot melt glue system and roll-fed BOPP/OPP handling. The right configuration depends on your bottle format and target output — here is how the two differ.

  1. Bottles enter the rotary carousel.

Continuous rotation — bottles are indexed onto station platforms without stopping the line, which is what makes up to 15,000 bph possible.

  2. Hot melt glue is applied.

The gluing station applies hot melt adhesive for the wrap-around film label — the format that keeps per-unit label cost low at beverage volumes.

  3. The BOPP/OPP label wraps around the bottle.

Roll-fed film labels are cut and wrapped onto each bottle in rotation, synchronized by SICK photoelectric sensing.

  4. Pressing stations finish the wrap.

Pressing stations secure the label seam before the bottle exits — then the Panasonic servo-driven carousel hands it off to your downstream line.

Entry Configuration

12-Station Rotary

12 labeling stations in continuous rotary operation — the entry configuration for beverage lines that need high-speed roll-fed labeling, running 12,000–15,000 bottles per hour.

High-Volume Configuration

16-Station Rotary

Four more bottle platforms on the same rotary platform — running 10,000–12,000 bottles per hour on oval-bottle formats. Same hot melt glue system, same roll-fed BOPP/OPP handling, higher sustained throughput.

Buyer Questions

Hot Melt Labeling Questions Buyers Actually Ask.

The five questions beverage plants ask before ordering a rotary hot melt labeling machine. Each answer starts with the answer.

What labels does a hot melt glue labeling machine run?
Roll-fed BOPP/OPP film labels applied with a hot melt glue system — the wrap-around label format used across beer, mineral water and beverage production.
How fast is a rotary hot melt labeling machine?
The 12-station rotary runs 12,000–15,000 bottles per hour and the 16-station runs 10,000–12,000. Final output depends on bottle format and label size; send your samples and we confirm the achievable speed.
Why choose hot melt glue with roll-fed labels for beverage lines?
Roll-fed BOPP/OPP film labels with hot melt adhesive are the standard for high-speed beer, water and beverage plants: the rotary format keeps bottles moving continuously through gluing, wrapping and pressing stations.
Do you test the machine on our bottles before shipping?
Yes. Every machine is tested on your exact container shape, label size and target speed before shipment, and you receive the full test video plus a sample for approval.
What are your payment terms and delivery time?
Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, FOB Shenzhen. Delivery time is quoted per configuration — send your bottle format and target output for a schedule.
