What is a sticker labeling machine?

A sticker labeling machine applies self-adhesive labels — pressure-sensitive labels carried on a release liner — onto bottles, boxes, pouches or flat panels. It is the most common labeling technology for small and mid-size producers because labels are easy to source, changeovers are fast and the machines are simple to run. Self-adhesive labeling machine is the industry term for the same equipment.

Can your machines apply clear (transparent) labels?

Yes. Clear labels need a transparent-label sensor — our machines use SICK photoelectric sensors for label gap detection — plus controlled peel and wipe pressure to avoid bubbles. Send us your label sample and we will run a labeling test on your container before quoting.

Do you support front-and-back two-label application?

Yes. Our T961 / T962 automatic two-side machines apply front and back labels in one pass on round, square and flat bottles, and our MT-860 does the same job as a semi-automatic desktop unit for lower volumes. Three-label setups (front, back, top seal) are available as custom builds.

What is the MOQ, and how fast is delivery?

MOQ is one unit. Semi-automatic machines ship in 7–10 days; fully automatic inline systems are quoted with a per-project lead time [TBC]. Payment is 30% deposit plus 70% before shipment, FOB Shenzhen.

Sticker labeling vs wet glue labeling: which should I choose?

Choose sticker (self-adhesive) labeling if you need flexible short runs, premium label finishes or a low entry cost — it is the right first labeling machine for most growing brands. Wet glue is cheaper per label at very high volumes on paper labels, but the equipment is larger and glue management adds complexity. If you are unsure, send your label and container photos and we will recommend the technology.
