T923 · Horizontal small-bottle labeler
φ10–30mm vials and slim containers at 100–300 pcs/min: the step across when diameters shrink below the T921’s window.
Wrap-around labeling for round bottles and jars φ25–100mm, ±1mm at up to 120 pcs/min.
Part of the automatic labeling machine range · live proof in the test-run video library
Zoom into four details: the wrap-belt station at the application point, the dividing screw, the peel-edge sensor head and the per-SKU touch HMI. Component names and failure modes are in the labeling machine parts diagram.
The T921 is the workhorse for round, stable containers in the φ25–100mm window: beverage and juice bottles, sauce and honey jars, cosmetic bottles, household chemicals. Best where volume has outgrown a semi-automatic station but is not yet a rotary project; range context on the automatic labeling machine page.
Hard case one: transparent labels can defeat a standard photoelectric sensor: sensor selection changes, and we prove it on your material in the test video. Hard case two: tapered or square containers. Wrap assumes round geometry, so those route to custom fixtures or the double-side class.

Source: factory datasheet (new numbering T921; legacy reference XL-T821). Fields marked “on request” are not published in the datasheet and are confirmed against your product at engineering evaluation.
Common T921 project options: print-engine integration for date or batch coding at the application point; vision or reject handling for 100% verification; conveyor height and infeed adjustments to dock with your existing filler-capper line; voltage variants for your market [TBC, 110V 60Hz export configuration on request]; and custom guide or fixture work where the product family is unusual. Engineered fixtures follow the same discipline as our shaped-container work (drawings archived, repeat orders not re-charged) via the custom labeling machine page.
Before any T921 ships it is test-run with your actual bottles and labels at target speed: filmed, as both acceptance evidence and training asset. The ten-point checklist and crate contents are on the FAT & quality page; the balance-payment discipline is in the import playbook.
From $6,500. The quote moves with three factors: label size and roll spec (bigger webs cost more), speed target within the 40–120 band, and options such as print integration or custom tooling. Full machine bands and comparison context sit in the price center; payment and shipping terms are standard 30/70 T/T with the import sequence in the buy-from-China playbook.
Round bottles and jars in a φ25–100mm diameter window, up to 300mm tall, covering slim sauce bottles, beverage bottles, honey jars and typical cosmetic containers. Anything outside the window (smaller than φ25mm, or tapered/square) gets an engineering review and usually a different platform or a fixture; send the bottle and we confirm fit before quoting.
Rated: ±1mm placement at 40–120 pcs/min. The honest qualifier is that accuracy is a function of speed and product: we verify the figure at your target rate with your bottle in the factory test run, and that filmed result, not the datasheet, is the acceptance standard.
From $6,500 (market reference: confirm before publish). The firm quote depends on label size, speed target and options; the automatic class spans roughly $6,000–15,000 across configurations. Send your bottles through contact & quote for a firm number with the test video included.
Yes, and it is free. Send product and label samples; the factory runs them on the T921 at your target speed and films a test-run video within 48 hours. It is the same footage used for the FAT record when the machine is built, so what you approve is what you receive.
The T921, assembled and test-run with your product; the FAT video; English operating manual and operation videos; the spare parts kit [TBC, enumerated list on the packing list]; and lifetime technical support contacts. The full crate checklist is on the FAT page, and parts logistics in the parts guide.
φ10–30mm vials and slim containers at 100–300 pcs/min: the step across when diameters shrink below the T921’s window.
Square and flat-sided containers, front and back in one pass, 60–120 pcs/min: the geometry sibling (~$9,000 class).
12,000–15,000 BPH OPP labeling: the upgrade path when one SKU family outgrows pressure-sensitive economics.
