Label Applicator Heads · T951 / T953 — Drop-in OEM Labeling Modules for Your Line

HiPaks builds label applicator heads as OEM modules for system integrators and machine makers: the T951 inline flat applicator and the T953 gantry applicator. Standard mounting interfaces, full I/O documentation and integrator volume pricing — mount one on your conveyor and your machine gains a labeling station.

Head vs. machine. An applicator head is the labeling station without the frame — a drop-in module for your own conveyor or machine. Need a full standalone labeling machine instead? See our automatic labeling machines.

Who It’s For

Where Integrators Use Our Label Applicator Heads.

The T95x applicator heads are sold to companies that build or upgrade lines, not just to end users — delivered from our own factory to integrators in 50+ countries, 500+ factories served.

USE CASE 01

System Integrators

Add a labeling station to a packaging line you are building. Mount the head on your conveyor, wire the documented I/O, and deliver a labeled output without developing a labeler from zero.

USE CASE 02

OEM Machine Builders

Ship your machines with labeling built in. Our OEM applicator heads carry standard mounting interfaces, and the integrator program offers volume pricing for serial machine builders.

USE CASE 03

Line Retrofits

Upgrade an existing production line with automatic labeling. The gantry T953 spans running conveyors where a full machine would force a line rebuild.

Integration

Drop-in Integration, From Mounting to Commissioning.

The T95x heads are designed so an integrator’s electrician and one set of drawings are enough to get labeling running on your line. This is what ships with every applicator head.

  1. Standard mounting interfaces.

The T951 mounts inline on your conveyor; the T953 spans it from an overhead gantry. Both install onto customer-built machinery without custom machining.

  2. Full I/O documentation.

Every PLC signal — trigger, label dispense, fault, stop — is documented, so your controls team wires the head into your line PLC from the supplied drawings.

  3. Commissioning support.

We support commissioning so the head runs as part of your line, not next to it — timing, sensor thresholds and speed matching included.

  4. Integrator program.

System integrators and OEM machine builders can join our integrator program with volume pricing plans — send your expected annual quantity for details.

Accuracy, in writing. Selected HiPaks configurations reach ±0.2 mm precision; the portfolio spans ±0.2 mm to ±1 mm depending on model, label format and application. Send your container and label details for an exact accuracy commitment. Applicator manufacturer →
Buyer Questions

Applicator Head Questions Integrators Ask.

The five questions that decide whether an applicator head project goes ahead — answered the way our engineers answer them.

What is the difference between a label applicator head and a complete labeling machine?
A label applicator head is the labeling station without the frame: a drop-in module that mounts onto your own conveyor or machine. A complete labeling machine includes conveyor, frame and controls. If you need a full standalone machine, see our automatic labeling machines or the online catalog.
Can HiPaks applicator heads integrate with our existing conveyor and PLC?
Yes. Both the T951 and T953 ship with standard mounting interfaces and full I/O documentation for PLC signal wiring, and we support commissioning so the head runs as part of your line.
Do you offer volume pricing for system integrators?
Yes. System integrators and OEM machine builders can join our integrator program with volume pricing plans. Contact us with your expected annual quantity for details.
Do you test the applicator on our containers before shipping?
Every unit is tested on your exact container shape, label size and target speed before shipment. You receive the full test video and a sample for approval.
What labeling accuracy can we expect from your applicator equipment?
Selected HiPaks configurations reach ±0.2 mm precision, while the portfolio spans ±0.2 mm to ±1 mm depending on model, label format and application. Send your container and label details for an exact accuracy commitment.
